Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATIONS
All bookings are 100% refundable up until 30 days before arrival.

Fewer than 30 days in advance – 100% of the booking value will be forfeited

NO SHOW
90% of the booking value will be charged for.

SHORTENED STAY
If the guests shorten their stay, 10% of the remaining booking will be refunded.

All refunds and waivers of cancellation policy are at the discretion of management.

CHILD POLICY
Children welcome

Of camp cot age – we provide camp cot (free of charge)

Children up to 10 years of age may share a room with parents at an additional charge of R 500 for the extra bed. Maximum of one extra bed per room.

Persons above the age of 10 may be booked in a separate room – full applicable rate (single/double rate) to be charged.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Establishments are entitled to charge for damage to property – discretion will be exercised if it is a genuine accident.

GENERAL
No Pets allowed.

All Rooms are non-smoking rooms.
